Aguero rules out January move
(GSM) - Sergio Aguero won't join Chelsea in January. The Atletico Madrid striker has confirmed he wants to stay in Madrid until June 2010 but he won't rule out a transfer in the summer. "If in June the club still need money in there are ways to help."
Aguero has been linked to Chelsea, who reportedly lead the chase to sign the 21-year-old in January. Diego Maradona's son-in-law denied a possible transfer and stated he will stay at the Vicente Calderon but he also acknowledged that he's likely to be sold next summer. "Chelsea couldn't do an offer for me last summer but now has interest in me again," said Aguero.
"I don't know anything. I have said to my club that I am not going to move until June. After that I will see what I will do.
"At Atletico I feel like at home but if the club has to transfer me I will have to leave.
"For the moment I don't want to think of anything other than to get us qualified for Europe."
